What Causes Hair Loss ? What Not Causes Hair Loss ? ( Androgenetic Alopecia )

HAIR LOSS has always been a disturbing phenomenon for men of all times and they used to ask and others do ask now an ex-mysterious question, WHAT CAUSES HAIR LOSS ? but it is followed by a yet very difficult question WHY THIS CAUSE HAPPENED TO ME  THEN ?
Now to answer what causes hair fall i don't want to have a very technical approach which may cause you to leave this 'must read' article 'unread'. Simply, there is a hormone Dihydrotestosterone or DHT which flows along with your blood all around your body and some of them attach with your hair follicles or you can say roots and gradually burn them up, making hairs weak and causing them to fall. Individual follicle keeps on pushing out hair for a long period of time and every time hair falls, Follicle Miniaturisation happens and eventually follicle dies.  The more intense hair loss if someone has, it means more DHT in blood and eventually more exposure of hair follicles to them. Cause of this much high level of DHT in blood is for the reason that an enzyme 5α-reductace, which converts Testosterone into Dihydrotestosterone, is more activated in your body environment  then it should have been. Testosterone is a master hormone for it's role in your sexual system. DHT (converted from Testosterone) also has quite a role in your sexual system but due to it's high potency and aggressive nature as compared to Testosterone, your body should not have it's elevated levels as this may lead to other serious diseases.

The purpose of giving you this basic overview of science which backs up hair loss  is that you should understand your hair loss as a disease. Yes, a disease and not something about which you consider yourself at fault of starting up this all. This is also one of the many diseases ( like diabetes ) which has known cause behind it i.e DHT but how it exactly starts up remains a mystery and so a difficult yet unsolved question is, WHY THIS CAUSE HAPPENED TO ME THEN ?(as above). But if someone still wants me to answer this question, i would say, GOD HAS SELECTED YOU FOR THIS.
Now this is the Central Point :'' Hair loss is a full-fledged disease with it's patients creating sensitivity to many of the Factors''.

What are these Factors ?

There are lots of factors which are the Promoters of hair loss and not Causes of hair loss. Take example of one factor which is STRESS. You observe some of your friends and members of family who take lot of stress but still they have healthy head of hairs with no hair loss problem. You will obviously think that stress has nothing to do with my hair loss but you need to remember on the base of above central point that as a hair loss sufferer you have become very sensitive to STRESS. It is just like a diabetic patient observing his friends taking as much sugar as they want and then the patient asking, why can't i take that much sugar?, but he has to accept that he is sensitive to sugar. Consequently a hair loss sufferer don't care much about all these factors as they are not making hair problems for normal people. So hair loss as a disease needs equally the treatment and prevention both.

So don't be careless and avoid doing anything which others, not suffering with hair loss, are doing. Only few of these factors are pointed out here in this article, you can find out other numerous such factors which may seem bad for your hairs based on this article. Frequent aggressive scalp massaging with oil or shampoo may not create any problem to your friends' hairs but as you are an Androgenetic Alopecia patient, your hairs need a lot more care then your friend's hairs do.
With all of these promoting factors one would inevitably ask the same question everytime ,'how can these factors promote ( and not cause) my hairfall because i know many people continuously demonstrating these factors ?'. So everytime the answer based on the above central point will be that, ONLY you have created sensitivity to these factors and not those who are not suffering from Androgenetic Alopecia.

Some of the more high-profile promoting factors include :

- Not being able to complete sleeping hours.
- Irregular sleeping patterns.
- Un-balanced diet.
- Irregular eating patterns.
- Abnormally activated sebaceous glands.
- Dandruff.
- Improper scalp cleansing & many more.

Again if you take another very important factor which is sleeping problem, as given in the above list, you might have known some people who work in night-shifts and some days in first shifts and so having irregular sleeping patterns but still with no hair loss problem. It might not matter them but it's seriously bad for your hairs, take care.
